The Red River Education & Empowerment Foundation (RREEF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to improving educational access and economic opportunity throughout the Shreveport-Bossier region. RREEF focuses on empowering individuals and families through strategic initiatives that promote academic achievement, leadership growth, financial literacy, workforce readiness, and community stability.
Through its partnership with the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. – Shreveport Alumni Chapter, RREEF supports signature programs including scholarship awards, youth mentorship, college readiness workshops, technology access initiatives, and community service projects. Together, the Foundation and the Chapter are working to create sustainable pathways for success and long-term community transformation.
